中間遮音シート、７は木質化粧板、８は木質床基
板、１０は積層防音床材。

例の防音性床板の断面図である。 １は第１不織布層、２はバツキング層、３は第
２不織布層、４は吸音制振材、５は木質板、６は
中間遮音シート、７は木質化粧板、８は木質床基
板、１０は積層防音床材。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 合成重合体繊維からなる目付が２００〜８０
０ｇ／m2、見掛けの厚さが３〜７mmのニードルパ
ンチングによつて形成された重厚な第１不織布層
の一方の面にゴムまたは合成樹脂のバツキング層
が設けられ、該第１不織布層の該バツキング層の
面に目付が５０〜２００ｇ／m2の第２不織布層が
貼り合わされて該第１不織布層、該バツキング層
および該第２不織布層とによつて吸音制振材が構
成され、該吸音制振材の該第２不織布層上に、木
質板と中間遮音シートと木質化粧板とが一体化さ
れた木質床材基板が貼り合わされていることを特
徴とする積層防音床材。 ２ 上記吸音制振材の第１不織布層および／また
は第２不織布層を形成している繊維の少なくとも
１部に銅イオンが担持されている請求項１記載の
積層防音床材。
