Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面に好気性微生物を着生させた充填材を充填
    し、当該充填材層に有機物を含む原水と酸素を含
    む気体とを流入させて生物学的処理によつて原水
    中の有機物を除去する固定床接触酸化槽と、当該
    接触酸化槽の処理水中に含まれる濁質を沈殿分離
    によつて除去する沈殿分離槽と、当該沈殿分離槽
    内の上澄水を取り出すとともに取り出した上澄水
    を前記固定床接触酸化槽の下部に供給する洗浄ポ
    ンプとを備えてなり、前記固定床接触酸化槽内の
    充填材層が目詰りした際に、前記洗浄ポンプによ
    り沈殿分離槽内の上澄水を固定床接触酸化槽の下
    部に供給することによつて前記充填材層の洗浄を
    行い、かつ当該洗浄時に固定床接触酸化槽から排
    出される洗浄排水を、前記沈殿分離槽内に直接導
    入して処理する構成としたことを特徴とする好気
    性生物処理装置。
