Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 電気化学的な酸化の測定原理に基づいて動作
する測定セルと該測定セルによつて得られかつ指
示装置に供給される測定信号に対する周囲圧力の
影響を補償するための補償装置が後置接続されて
いる圧力検出器とを用いて監視すべきガス雰囲気
中のガス成分を分析するための回路装置において
、前記補償装置は演算増幅器4を有しており、該
演算増幅器の反転入力側Aには前記圧力検出器1
の圧力信号が供給されかつ非反転入力側Bに前記
測定セル3から取出された測定信号が供給され、
その際このようにして得られかつ指示装置5に導
かれる差信号は周囲圧力に無関係であるようにし
て成るガス成分の分析回路装置。 2 圧力検出器1に並列に、給電装置6を接続し
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のガス成分
の分析回路装置。 3 測定セル3の前置接続されたポテンシヨメー
タ7によつて、演算増幅器4を介して、測定すべ
きガス成分の規定のガス含有量を較正可能である
ようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
ガス成分の分析回路装置。 4 マイクロプロセツサを介して、圧力検出器1
から出力される測定値を生じた圧力状態を考慮し
て補償可能であるようにし、かつ測定すべきガス
成分のガス含有量を指示装置5に供給するように
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のガス成
分の分析回路装置。
