Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure bearing stand vibration at high accuracy, by detecting temperatures in the surrounding area of a bearing stand vibration detector, putting the temperatures into a differential amplifier together with output of the bearing stand vibration detector and compensating the amplitude gain. CONSTITUTION:A bearing stand vibration detector 3 which is provided with a built-in detecting probe is fixed to a bearing housing 2 being a rotary body, and by using the built-in detecting probe, bearing vibation based on eddy current loss is detected and put into a measurement module 7. On the other hand, a temperature detector 12 is provided in the neighborhood of the bearing stand vibration detector 3, and output thereof and output of the bearing stand vibration detector 3, which was passed through a line filter 14, are put into a differential amplifier 15, and output thereof is put into the module 7. And these outputs are processed in the module 7 and indicated on an indication meter 11. As it is possible thereby to compensate excess of amplitude due to influence of temperature of the bearing stand vibration detector 3, a highly accurate value can be obtained from the measurement.
