Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 変速レバー35によつて選択的に摺動及び回
    転変位させる操作軸36を設け、この操作軸36
    に取付けたシフトピン39を操作軸36の摺動変
    位により変速用のシフトフオーク26,27に対
    し選択的に係合させた上で、操作軸36の回転変
    位により上記シフトピン39を介してシフトフオ
    ーク26,27の摺動変位を得るように構成され
    た変速操作機構を設けてある作業車両において、 前記操作軸36の軸線まわりでの回動変位によ
    り駐車ブレーキ28を作動させるブレーキ作動金
    物48を該操作軸36上に、該ブレーキ作動金物
    48に対し相対的に操作軸36が摺動及び回転変
    位可能であるように設けると共に、このブレーキ
    作動金物48に対し係合して該ブレーキ作動金物
    48を前記操作軸36に対し相対回動不能に結合
    する係合部材46,46Aを該操作軸36上に、
    操作軸36の摺動変位により前記シフトピン39
    が前記シフトフオーク26,27から外された状
    態で該係合部材46,46Aがブレーキ作動金物
    48に対し係合せしめられるように配置して固定
    設置したことを特徴としてなる駐車ブレーキの操
    作装置。 2 請求項1に記載の操作装置において前記係合
    部材を、前記変速レバー35に対し前記操作軸3
    6を該操作軸36の摺動変位方向において接続す
    るピン46によつて構成したことを特徴としてな
    る駐車ブレーキの操作装置。 3 変速レバー35によつて選択的に摺動及び回
    転変位させる操作軸79を設け、この操作軸に取
    付けたシフトピン77,78を操作軸79の回転
    変位により変速用のシフトフオーク26,27に
    対し選択的に係合させた上で、操作軸79の摺動
    変位により上記シフトピン77,78を介しシフ
    トフオーク26,27の摺動変位を得るように構
    成された変速操作機構を設けてある作業車両にお
    いて、 前記操作軸79に対し平行する方向に摺動変位
    可能に支持され摺動変位によつて駐車ブレーキ7
    1を作動させるブレーキ作動金物74を設けると
    共に、このブレーキ作動金物74に係合して該作
    動金物74を前記操作軸79に対し相対摺動不能
    に接続する係合部材81を該操作軸79上に、操
    作軸79の回転変位により前記シフトピン77,
    78が前記シフトフオーク26,27から外され
    た状態で該係合部材81がブレーキ作動金物74
    に対し係合せしめられるように配置して固定設置
    したことを特徴とする駐車ブレーキの操作装置。 4 請求項3に記載の操作装置において前記ブレ
    ーキ作動金物74を、前記シフトフオーク26,
    27を摺動可能に支持するフオークシヤフト76
    上に摺動可能に設置したことを特徴としてなる駐
    車ブレーキの操作装置。
