ンサの一例の縦断面図である。第６図は第１，５
図に示された圧力センサを用いた圧力検出回路の
一例のブロツク図である。第７，８図は圧力検出

第６〜８図に示された圧力検出回路の、センシン
グコイルの出力ｖ１、及び補償コイルの出力ｖ２

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ダイアフラムと、 前記ダイアフラムの歪みを検出するセンシング
    コイルと、 前記センシングコイルの出力を温度補償する補
    償コイルと、 前記ダイアフラムをその一壁面とする圧力室、
    及び該圧力室に液体を導入する導入穴が形成され
    たケーシングとを具備し、 前記センシングコイル及び補償コイルは、前記
    ケーシング内に互いに隣接して配置されたことを
    特徴とする圧力センサ。 (2) 前記センシングコイル及び補償コイルは、
    それぞれ同一の電気的仕様及び形状を有している
    ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の圧力センサ。
