Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of temperature variation by providing a coil for diaphragm displacement detection and a coil for temperature compensation. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 2 is displaced with pressure applied to a pressure receiving chamber 11 through a connecting pipe 10 to insert a core 4 with high magnetic permeability into a detection coil 6. The pressure is detected from the inductance of the detection coil 6 which varies with the insertion depth of the core 4. A 2nd detection coil 7 of the same structure with the detection coil 6 is arranged adjacently and the detection coil 6 and 2nd detection coil 7 are used as elements of one side of a bridge circuit respectively. Then even if the impedance of the detection coil 6 varies with temperature, that is canceled by the similar variation of the 2nd detection coil. Then the pressure is accurately detected without any influence of temperature variation.
