【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の一実施例における電子部品搭
載の手順を示す図であつて、ａおよびｂは電子部
品搭載前、ｃおよびｄは搭載後の状況を示すもの
で、ａ，ｃはそれぞれの平面図、ｂ，ｄはそれぞ
れの断面図である。第２図は従来の回路基板にお
ける電子部品搭載手順を示す図であつて、第１図
と同様にａおよびｂは搭載前、ｃおよびｄは搭載
後のもので、ａ，ｃはそれぞれの平面図、ｂ，ｄ
はそれぞれの断面図である。第３図は本考案の回
路基板における半田ボールの挙動を示す図であつ
て、ａは電子部品搭載後の斜視図、ｂは電子部品
の端面方向から見た断面図である。第４図は本考
案の他の実施例における電子部品搭載前の状況を
示す平面図である。 符号の説明、１……絶縁性回路基板、２……導
体回路、３……電子部品、４……電子部品の接続
用電極、５……半田ペースト、６……溶融半田、
７……半田ボール、８……フラツクス、９……半
田に濡れない層。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁性基板上に少なくとも一対の対向する
    導体を形成し、該対向する導体に電子部品を半田
    付けしてなる回路基板において、前記対向する導
    体間に、該導体とほぼ同等の厚さを有する半田に
    濡れない層をその両端の端縁がそれぞれ前記対向
    する導体の端縁と近接するように配置して形成し
    たことを特徴とする回路基板。 (2) 前記半田に濡れない層が絶縁性樹脂層、ガ
    ラス塗料層及び無機質絶縁性塗料層のうちいずれ
    か一種である請求項１記載の回路基板。
