Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁性基体の少なくとも一方の面上に銅箔
からなる回路パターンが形成されており、前記回
路パターンに測定用または調整用の接触電極が接
続されている電気回路基板において、 前記接触電極は銅箔からなり、 加熱されたときに接触抵抗を増加させるような
酸化膜が表面に形成されることのない導電塗料層
を前記接触電極の上に設けたことを特徴とする電
気回路基板。 (2) 絶縁性基体の少なくとも一方の面状に銅箔
からなる回路パターンが形成されており、前記回
路パターンに測定用または調整用の接触電極が接
続されている電気回路基板において、 前記接触電極を加熱されたときに接触抵抗を増
加させるような酸化膜が表面に形成されることの
ない導電塗料層から形成したことを特徴とする電
気回路基板。
