Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 炉体から排出された溶融スラグの熱を回収する
装置において、 アーク電気炉の排滓口の下方に、溶融スラグを
受ける複数のスラグバケツトからなるバケツト列
が設けられ、 それらのスラグバケツトがチエーンで傾斜ある
いは垂直に変位自在に取り付けられ、 溶融スラグを受けたスラグバケツトの運搬方向
側には、チエーンの移動方向に沿つた密閉式の余
熱回収筒が設置され、 上記余熱回収筒は、前記バケツト列を挟んで定
置された第一構成体と、それに密着・離反する第
二構成体とよりなり、 上記余熱回収筒の上部位置側には、アーク電気
炉へ熱ガスを供給するための加熱空気導出ダクト
が設けられると共に、その下部位置側には空気供
給部が開口され、 放熱済みの凝固スラグを受けるスラグ鍋が、前
記余熱回収筒のスラグバケツトの運搬方向の下流
側に設置されていることを特徴とする電気炉の溶
融スラグ顕熱の回収装置。
