Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルブミン分泌性の微生物を適当な培地で発酵して、アルブミンを培地に分 泌させて人血清アルブミンを製造する方法において、ポリオキシアルキレン化合 物を所要量以上培地に添加して、望ましくない水準の泡の発生を抑制することを 特徴とする、上記人血清アルブミンの製造法。 2.ポリオキシアルキレン化合物を0.2g/l以上の平均水準を示すように添 加する、請求項1記載の方法。 3.ポリオキシアルキレン化合物を0.5から10g/lの平均水準を示すよう に添加する、請求項2記載の方法。 4.ポリアルキレン化合物を1.0から5.0g/lの平均水準を示すように添 加する、請求項3記載の方法。 5.ポリオキシアルキレン化合物は消泡化合物である、請求項1から請求項4の 何れか1項に記載の方法。 5.ポリオキシアルキレン化合物はポリプロピレングリコール、ひまし油脂肪酸 とエチレンオキシドの縮合物、プロピレンオキシドおよびエチレンオキシドとポ リオールとの共重合体、又はプロピレンオキシドとポリエチレングリコールとの 共重合体である、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。 7.微生物は酵母である、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。 8.酵母はSaccharomyces cerevisiaeである、請求項 7記載の方法。 9.培地は最小培地である、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の方法。 10.請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の方法により製造したアルブミン。
