Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 主体部下縁に、各ミシン線を経て任意数の
    収受・発送確認カードが連接され、前記主体部上
    部に形成されたバーコード・ナンバーの表示欄と
    同一ナンバーまたは相互に関連する識別記号が前
    記収受・発送確認カードにそれぞれ表示され、か
    つ前記表示欄に続いて前記主体部には半抜線によ
    り区画された剥離可能な前記同一ナンバーまたは
    識別記号を表示した貼付用ラベルがそれぞれ設け
    られた長方形状のラベル本体であることを特徴と
    する荷物チエツクラベル。 (2) 前記ラベル本体について；紙層相互間に介
    在するそれと同形の合成樹脂層とにより三層構造
    となした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の荷
    物チエツクラベル。 (3) 前記ラベル本体について；同材質の合成紙
    またはプラスチツクフイルムを貼合せて二層構造
    となした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の荷
    物チエツクラベル。 (4) 前記ラベル本体について；上縁に取付用ひ
    もが挿通される取付孔を有してなる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の荷物チエツクラベル。 (5) 前記貼付用ラベルが、その裏面と対応する
    部位の合成樹脂層表面に剥離剤を施してある実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の荷物チエツクラ
    ベル。
