Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 下端部に釘の射出用のノーズ部を設けるととも
に把持用のグリツプ部を一体に形成したハウジン
グと、前記ハウジング内に配置されており、前記
ノーズ部の射出口内を摺動可能な釘打撃用のドラ
イバを一体に形成した打撃ピストンを摺動可能に
収容した可動シリンダと、制御室内の空気圧力に
よつて作動されるとともに、可動シリンダ内を圧
縮空気室と大気とに選択的に接続するメインバル
ブとを備えた釘打機において、 前記グリツプの近傍にはメインバルブの制御室
内の圧縮空気を給排気するための起動バルブをト
リガレバーの操作により作動可能に配置し、前記
ノーズ部の先端には被打込み材との接触によつて
操作されるコンタクト部材を配置するとともに、
前記コンタクト部材の操作によつて作動され、且
つ前記起動バルブの排気通路と連通した排気用空
間部を大気と連通・遮断するコンタクトバルブを
設け、一端側に大気の間を通常時遮断状態に維持
する面シールを設け、他端側に前記面シールと隔
離するとともに該シールの外径とほぼ同一外径の
摺動シールを設けたバルブステムをバルブハウジ
ング内に摺動自在に配置し、両シール間に形成さ
れた排気用空間部を前記起動バルブの排気通路に
連通させたことを特徴とする釘打機における安全
装置。
