Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野コ 本発明は、ドライクリーナや水洗脱水機等の洗濯機にお
いて、脱液時の防振を図るのに適用されるドラム式洗濯
脱水機に関する。
［従来の技術］ 例えばパークロールエチレン等の溶剤を使用して衣料等
を洗浄・乾燥するドライクリーナでは、処理ドラム内に
衣料等を入れて洗浄したのち、処理ドラムを高速回転さ
せて遠心力により脱液を行なうが、このとき衣料等か処
理ドラム内に不均一に分布していると衣料等の偏荷重に
より大きな加振力か発生してドライクリーナ本体が振動
するとともに、この振動が地盤を介し周囲に伝わって振
動公害になることがある。
例えば第４図に示す駆動系を持つ従来のドライクリーナ
では、この振動公害を防止する１つの方法として次の方
法がとられていた。第４図は処理ドラムを駆動させる一
例を示すもので、２は洗浄・乾燥時に処理ドラム１を低
速で駆動する洗浄モータ、３は脱液時に処理ドラム１を
高速で駆動し遠心脱液する脱液モータ、４は脱液モータ
３駆動時に洗浄モータ２との連結を切離す電磁クラッチ
、５，６，７，８，９，１．０は■プーリ、１１，１２
．１３はＶベル｝・、を示し、第４図において、ドライ
クリーナ本体に加速度形振動検出器や振動変位ｉ１ｔｌ
ｌ定器等のセンサを取ｆりけて（図示せず）、振動か設
定値を越したら振動監視回路か作動し、処理サドラム１
を脱戒モータ３で駆動する高速回転から一旦停止させて
、上記衣料等のアンバランスを修正し、再び処理ドラム
１を洗浄モータ２による低速回転から脱液モータ３によ
る高速回転に移行させて脱戒を行っていた。
［発明が解決しようとする課題］ 前記、従来例においては、前記のアンバランスを修正す
るのに数回繰返し作動するのもめすらしくなく、処理時
間の延長を余儀無くされた。このため、振動による地盤
伝達力を軽減する方法どして、第４図に示す駆動系及び
処理ドラム系を、第５図に示すベース２０上に固定し、
地盤２２との間に弾性支持体２コ．を設け、地盤伝達力
を減少させるようになされている。しかしながら、新た
な問題として、第６図に示すドラム回転数と振幅のグラ
フに於いて、弥性支持体２１のバネ定数と弾性支持体２
１上の質量による共振点ａか発生し、第７図に模擬的に
示す如く振動をしてしまい、結局アンバランス量の軽減
動作の繰返しとなってしまうという問題点があった。ま
た洗濯工程は一般１・ラム内の図示しないピークにて洗
たく物を掻き上げて落下する時の衝撃力が弱くなるとい
う欠点もあった。
本発明の課題は、上記従来の問題点を解消することかで
きるドラム式洗濯脱水機を提供することである。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 本発明によるドラム式洗濯脱水機は、弾性支持されたド
ラム式洗濯脱水機において、処理ドラム系を固定するベ
ースを固定または解放するクランプ部を有する振動固定
装置と、洗濯、脱水工程の振動共振点を通過後に前記振
動固定装置をそれまでの固定状態から角乍除する手段と
を具備してなることを特徴とする。
［作用］ 本発明によれば、共振点での大きな揺れを起すドラム回
転数を越える範囲まで、望ましくは第６図における共振
点の回転数のＩ７倍の回転数ｂ点以上まで、第５図にお
けるベース２０を固定し、それ以上の回転数の時、この
固定を角子除して、弥性支持体上の振動をさせることに
より、共振点における大きな振動や、弾性支持体上での
洗濯による機械力の低減を防止できる。
［実施例］ 第１図は、本発明の一丈施例を示す側而図である。
第１図において、第５図に示すものと同一部分には同一
符号を付してその説明は省略する。
第１図において、第５図に示すものと相違点のみ説明す
ると、３２はベース２０に固着したプレー１・、３］は
このプレート３２を両側から固定する割振器であり、地
盤２２に固着されている。
この制振器３１は第２図に示す詳細図にて説明すると、
ベース２０に固定されたプレー１・３２をクランブ板４
２とエアーシリンダ３３のピス１・ン３４とを連結させ
て、エアーシリンダ３３に図示しない電磁弁を経て圧縮
空気を送り、はさみ込み第３図に示す如く固定をする。
上記本発明の一丈施例の作用について説明する。
５ まず第１図に示す処理ドラム］内に洗濯物を入れて洗沼
をする時は、第３図に示ず状態に制振器３１でベース２
０を固定する。洗濯終了後、脱水工程に入り共振点ａを
越えたとき、望ましくは共振点の回転数のｆ７倍の回転
数を越えた時に、制振器３１を第２図に示す開放状態と
して、高回転数１１ｊｊに１曽加するアンハランスによ
る地盤伝達を弾性支持体２１にて減少させ（一般的には
伝達率を１０〜２０％程度に減少）洗濯時に於ける機械
力を軽減することなく振動公害を防ぐことができる。
［発明の効果コ 本発明によれば、洗濯時における衣料の落下による機械
力を減少することなく、共振点での震動を防止できると
ともに、高速回転時に於ける地盤伝達力を軽減できる。

と振４ｌｌ′＋１との関係を示す特性図、第７図は第５
図の改良時の共振点におけるドラム式洗濯脱水機の状悪

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 弾性支持されたドラム式洗濯脱水機において、処理ドラ
    ム系を固定するベースを固定または解放するクランプ部
    を有する振動固定装置と、洗濯、脱水工程の振動共振点
    を通過後に前記振動固定装置をそれまでの固定状態から
    解除する手段とを具備してなることを特徴とするドラム
    式洗濯脱水機。
