第１図は本考案閉そく具の１実施例の一部を構
成するびん頚部の側面図、第２図は第１図のびん
頚部に栓を取付けその下部部分を横断面にして示
す平面図である。 １……びん、２……栓、３……おねじ、４……
びん頚部、５……フランジ、６……ねじ下端部、
８……方位決め止め部材、９……突起、ｅ，ｈ…
…高さ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) めねじを形成した栓と、おねじを形成した
    びん頚部とを備え、このびん頚部に、このびん頚
    部のおねじの下端部といわゆるびん本体との間に
    おいて軸線方向に位置するフランジを形成し、前
    記びん頚部の前記フランジに、外側に向い半径方
    向に突出する少くとも２つの留めを設け、これ等
    の留めの一方は方位決め止め部材を構成し、そし
    て他方の留めはねじもどりを防ぐ突起を構成し、
    又前記栓に、ねじ込み作用を終えるときに、前記
    びん頚部の２つの留め間にはまるようになるわず
    かに変形できる物質から成る少くとも１つの留め
    を設けた、ガラス又はその他の剛性物質から成る
    びん用の割出し閉鎖位置を持つ閉そく具において
    、前記方位決め止め部材８と、ねじもどりを防ぐ
    前記突起９とが、互いに異なる形状を持ち、前記
    留め１０が、前記フランジ５及び方位決め留め部
    材８の下方にすべり込むのを防止するように、前
    記方位決め留め部材８、前記びん頚部の軸線に平
    行な方向に沿い前記フランジ５の高さを越える高
    さにわたつて延び、そしてこのフランジ５に関し
    て前記びん頚部のおねじ３の反対側に突出するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする閉そく具。 (2) 前記方位決め止め部材８が、びんの肩部１
    １に達するよりも前で終るようにしたことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の閉
    そく具。 (3) 前記方位決め止め部材８に、前記栓の留め
    １０に形成した対応する面１３と協働することの
    できる停止面を構成する扁平な半径方向の面１２
    を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項又は第(2)項記載の閉そく具。 (4) 前記方位決め止め部材８に、その停止面を
    構成する扁平な面１２を越えて外側に向い凸形の
    丸みつきの面１４を設けたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項ないし第(3)項のいず
    れかに記載の閉そく具。 (5) 前記方位決め止め部材８が、前記フランジ
    ５の上面の高さ位置、すなわち前記びん頚部のお
    ねじ３の方に向いた前記フランジの表面の高さ位
    置から始まるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第(1)項ないし第(4)項のいずれ
    かに記載の閉そく具。 (6) 前記びん頚部に直径に沿い互いに対向する
    ２対の留めを設け、これ等の対の留めの各一方の
    対を、方位決め止め部材８，８ａと、ねじもどり
    を防ぐ突起９，９ａとにより構成し、前記栓に前
    記びん頚部の各対の止めと協働する、直径に沿い
    互いに対向する２つの留め１０，１０ａを設けた
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項ないし第(5)項のいずれかに記載の閉そく具。 (7) 前記ねじもどりを防ぐ突起９，９ａを、完
    全に前記フランジ５上に位置させ、前記びん頚部
    ４の軸線Ａ−Ａと、周辺方向に沿う前記突起の中
    心とを通る平面に関して対称な丸みつきの形状を
    、前記突起が持つようにしたことを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項ないし第(6)項のい
    ずれかに記載の閉そく具。 (8) 前記栓が多面体形の形状を持ち、前記栓の
    留め１０を、前記栓の横断面の内側すみ部の近く
    に位置させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第(1)項ないし第(7)項のいずれかに記載の
    閉そく具。 (9) 前記栓に、直径沿いに互いに対向する２つ
    の留めを設け、前記栓の各留め１０，１０ａをこ
    の栓の横断面の一方の対角線のほぼ各端部に位置
    させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第(8)項載の閉そく具。
