Pot pour produit cosmétique comportant une base (2) surmontée d’un col (201) et un couvercle (3), le col (201) ayant une section non circulaire et comprenant un rebord (204). Le col comprend au moins un premier élément d’assemblage (205), le couvercle (3) comprenant au moins un deuxième élément d’assemblage. Le couvercle (3) est configuré de sorte que : lorsqu’il est dans une position de fermeture : ledit au moins un deuxième élément d’assemblage est disposé sous le rebord (204) ; et ledit au moins un deuxième élément d’assemblage et ledit au moins un premier élément d’assemblage (205) sont emboités entre eux, et lorsqu’il est dans une position d’ouverture, ledit au moins un premier élément d’assemblage (205) est dégagé dudit au moins un deuxième élément d’assemblage et du rebord (204).
