【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) エジエクタピンを備えたエジエクタプレー
トを金型取付板の金型取付面とは反対側の面に対
向して配設し、前記金型取付板と前記エジエクタ
プレートの少なくとも一方には、エジエクタプレ
ートの金型取付板に対する接近位置を規制するス
トツパ部材がエジエクタプレートの移動方向に移
動自在に設けられ、前記エジエクタプレートを駆
動装置により移動して金型取付板に接近させ、こ
れにより前記エジエクタピンを金型取付板を貫通
して金型内に突出させて金型内の成形品を排出す
るようにした射出成形機のエジエクタにおいて、
前記エジエクタプレートの位置変化を自動的に読
み取る位置検出器と、前記ストツパ部材の位置を
検出する検出手段と、前記エジエクタプレートの
位置検出器とストツパ部材の検出手段との出力に
より、前記ストツパ部材をエジエクタプレートの
金型取付板に対する接近位置を規制する所定の位
置に自動的に移動させる移動手段とを備えたこと
を特徴とする射出成形機におけるエジエクタのス
トローク調整装置。(2) エジエクタピンを備えたエジエクタプレー
トを金型取付板の金型取付面とは反対側の面に対
向して配設し、前記金型取付板と前記エジエクタ
プレートの少なくとも一方には、エジエクタプレ
ートの金型取付板に対する接近位置を規制するス
トツパ部材がエジエクタプレートの移動方向に移
動自在に設けられ、前記エジエクタプレートを駆
動装置により移動して金型取付板に接近させ、こ
れにより前記エジエクタピンを金型取付板を貫通
して金型内に突出させて金型内の成形品を排出す
るようにした射出成形機のエジエクタにおいて、
前記ストツパ部材の位置変化を自動的に読み取る
位置検出器と、予め設定された前記エジエクタプ
レートのストローク量と後退限量とから演算した
前記ストツパ部材の移動量分の前記ストツパ部材
をエジエクタプレートの金型取付板に対する接近
位置を規制する所定の位置に自動的に移動させる
移動手段とを備えたことを特徴とする射出成形機
におけるエジエクタのストローク調整装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エジエクタピンを備えたエジエクタプレートを
    金型取付板の金型取付面とは反対側の面に対向し
    て配設し、前記金型取付板と前記エジエクタプレ
    ートの少なくとも一方には、エジエクタプレート
    の金型取付板に対する接近位置を規制するストツ
    パ部材がエジエクタプレートの移動方向に移動自
    在に設けられ、前記エジエクタプレートを駆動装
    置により移動して金型取付板に接近させ、これに
    より前記エジエクタピンを金型取付板を貫通して
    金型内に突出させて金型内の成形品を排出するよ
    うにした射出成形機のエジエクタにおいて、前記
    エジエクタプレートの位置変化を自動的に読み取
    る位置検出器と、前記ストツパ部材の位置を検出
    する検出手段と、前記エジエクタプレートの位置
    検出器とストツパ部材の検出手段との出力により
    、前記ストツパ部材をエジエクタプレートの金型
    取付板に対する接近位置を規制する所定の位置に
    自動的に移動させる移動手段とを備えたことを特
    徴とする射出成形機におけるエジエクタのストロ
    ーク調整装置。
