- ウエーハをカセツトに入れた状態で薬液処理槽
に入れて、薬液処理する処理装置において、カセ
ツトのウエーハ支え部より高い位置に薬液を給液
できるパイプを設けたことを特徴とするウエーハ
の薬液処理装置。
