Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、容器も蓋もプラスチック製のねじ蓋付きの容
器に関し、このねじ蓋は、閉鎖状態において、内側から
注ぎ口の口部リムを気密を保つように押している円錐状
の密閉リングを有する。
瓶、キャニスタ−１缶、筒のようなこの形式の容器は、
高濃度液体又はペースト状の化学薬品、例えば農薬用に
しばしば使用されている。
従来、注ぎ口の口部リムは、充填後、少なくも最初の開
口と内容物の取り出しまでの完全な漏洩防止を確実なも
のとするために、箔により付加的に密閉されている。も
しも、例えば、スプレー器具を注ぎ口に直接連結すると
きには、密閉用の箔を完全に除去しなければならない。
多くの場合、これは化学薬品で汚染され、その廃棄が問
題となる。かかる容器の注ぎ口の端部は機械的な後処理
を必要とし、従って箔は実際に完全な密閉状態に溶接さ
れなければならない。密閉用箔を取り去った後、又は破
った後は、その機能は失われ、もはや漏洩防止の閉鎖は
無い。シールとは別に、円錐状シール材、キャップシー
ル材及びゴム又はその他の可撓性素材の密閉用挿入体が
知られている。
これらの設計上の形態の総てはその用途が限定されてい
る。特に、ゴムのシール材は種々の化学薬品の作用によ
り膨張し、その気密効果が無くなる。
もし密閉された容器がある高さから落下すると、ねじ蓋
の破損の危険性、又は変形による容器の口からの漏れの
危険性がある。
本発明の目的は、密閉用箔なしでも漏洩及び落下に対し
て抵抗のある密閉が保証されるように、ねじ蓋封鎖体付
きの容器を改良することにある。
この目的は、円錐状密閉リングと周囲の壁面との間のね
じ蓋封鎖体の端面の内側の奥の部分に環状の溝を設け、
この環状の溝の開口部をその幅よりも狭くし、この環状
の溝の中にＯリングを配置し、そして閉鎖状態において
、口部リムは周囲の壁面上に緊密に保持されることによ
り達成される。
円錐状密閉リングと注ぎ口の口部リムとの間の漏洩無し
の嵌合によって、０リングが容器の内容物から広く保護
され、その結果、膨張の危険性が実質的に減らされる。
Ｏリングのシールは主として蒸気の逃げ出しに対する気
密に効果があり、製造技術又はその他の理由で、円錐状
密閉リングと注ぎ口の口部リムとの間に前述のように配
置された漏洩防止の嵌合が不十分な密閉を形成するよう
な場合であっても、これはバックアップ用のシール機能
を有すると考えられる。しかし、０リングが膨張すれば
、アンダーカットされた環状溝内のその位置付けの結果
、０リングは狭い開口部を通って注ぎ口の口部リムの端
面の方向にしか広がらず、こうして密閉効果を強める。
容器を落とした場合、口部リムの壁の特別な寸法、即ち
閉鎖状態においては円錐状密閉リングによってかけられ
た圧力の下でこれは蓋の周囲の壁の内側にしっかりと保
持されるとい）事実が、口部の変形又は蓋の破損を防止
する。かかる容器は承認の要求を満たす。即ち、容器を
例えば１．５ｍの高さから落とした場合でも、蓋は固定
され漏洩無しの状態に止どまる。
従って、不利な点を有する密閉用箔は不必要である。し
かし、蓋のねじを回して蓋を外す際に別の困難が生ずる
ので、いかなる場合でも、口部リムは外周の壁に大きな
圧力をかけるべきではない。
同等の実施例において、ねじ蓋封鎖体は、内側が平面の
端部断面を有し、円錐状のリングシール及び０リングを
備えた環状の溝が挿入片の上又は中に配される。
図面において１つの実施例を図式的に示し、更に以下詳
細に説明する。
容器は１で、ねじ蓋封鎖体は２で示される。これらは射
出成形法によりプラスチックから製造される。容器ｌに
は、外ねじ４を有する注ぎ口３が設けられている。この
注ぎ口３の実際の口部リム５にはねじが設けられていな
い。ねじ蓋封鎖体２は周囲の壁７につながっている平坦
部分（端面）６を有する。転換点には周囲の壁７にねじ
の無い部分８があり、この部分８に外ねじ４に対応する
内ねじ９が続く。円錐状密閉リング１０が端面６から注
ぎ口３内に突出し、注ぎ口の口部リム５と共に漏洩無し
の嵌合を形成する。これに関し、口部リム５は外向きに
だけ押され、ねじの無い部分８で実質的に支持されるが
この部分８上に大きな圧力をかけることはいささかもな
い。口部リム５と円錐状密閉リング１０の厚さの正確な
寸法法めが重要である。環状の溝１１は周囲の壁７と円
錐状密閉リング１０との間の奥の方にあり、この環状の
溝１１の開口部１２はこの環状の溝の幅よりも狭い。弾
性体Ｏリング１３がこの環状の溝の中に配置され、口部
リム５の端面に対し隙間なしに押し付けられる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　閉鎖状態において注ぎ口（３）の口部リム（５）を内
    側から気密状態に押している円錐状密閉リング（１０）
    を備えたねじ蓋封鎖体（２）を有する容器（１）であっ
    て、両者共プラスチック製であり、環状の溝（１１）が
    円錐状密閉リング（１０）と周囲の壁（７）との間のね
    じ蓋封鎖体（２）の端面（６）の内側の奥の方に配置さ
    れ、該環状の溝の開口部（１２）はその幅より狭く、弾
    性体のＯリング（１３）が該環状の溝（１１）内に配置
    され、閉鎖状態において、口部リム（５）は周囲の壁（
    ７）に密着していることを特徴とする容器。
