Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被加工部材を有し、該被加工部材には樹脂
がモールドされるべき穴が形成されている成形部
品において、前記穴は少なくともその長手方向の
一端部より内側に向かつて徐々に狭くなるテーパ
形状を有しており、該テーパ形状の穴にはそのテ
ーパ形状に沿つてモールド成形された樹脂部材が
係合していることを特徴とする成形部品。 (2) 前記被加工部材はパイプ部品であり、該パ
イプ部品には貫通穴が形成されていて、該貫通穴
はその両端部より内側に徐々に狭くなるテーパ形
状を有していて、前記貫通穴内にはそのテーパ形
状に沿つて樹脂部材が係合していることを特徴と
する請求項1記載の成形部品。 (3) モールド成形部品を成形するための成形金
型において、成形金型は上型と下型とより成り、
前記下型は前記成形部品を保持する保持具と、完
成した部品を搬出するストリツパーとより形成さ
れており、前記保持具には無負荷状態で前記上型
側に変位しているバネ性を形成するための薄肉部
と割り溝とを有し、且つ前記成形部品を保持する
保持部と前記バネ性を付与するための当接部とを
備えており、更に前記成形金型には前記保持具の
当接部を押圧する押圧部と樹脂供給のためのゲー
トとを有することを特徴とする成形用金型。
