Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 多孔質体によつて形成された膜状の陽電極およ
    び陰電極が、酸素イオン導電性を有する固体電解
    質の表面に密着して設けられ、前記陽電極および
    陰電極間に電圧が印加されるとともに、酸素拡散
    制御手段によつて前記陰電極への酸素拡散が制限
    されるセンサ素子と、該センサ素子を加熱する加
    熱手段とからなる酸素濃度検出用センサにおいて
    、 前記センサ素子はセラミツク基板に固着される
    とともに、該セラミツク基板は内部に発熱抵抗体
    を備えた前記加熱手段であることを特徴とする酸
    素濃度検出用センサ。
