Claims (1)
- 所定ガスのイオン伝導性を有する固体電解質板
の両面に多孔質電極が形成され、その片面に、そ
の面の電極を覆つて、ガス拡散制限孔を有するキ
ヤツプが、その内部にガス拡散室を形作つて、封
着され、さらに上記固体電解質板を加熱する加熱
エレメントが具備されてなるガス濃度センサにお
いて、上記のいずれか一方の電極の上に測温部材
が取り付けられてなる検温部付き限界電流式ガス
濃度センサ。
