- 内部にヒータが埋設された板状のヒータセルと
、板状をなし一部が開口された枠状のエアダクト
セルと、酸素イオン伝導性固体電解質よりなり両
面に電極が形成された板状のセンサセルとを積層
してなる厚膜型酸素センサにおいて、前記ヒータ
セルの両面に夫々前記エアダクトセルを介して、
前記センサセルを積層したことを特徴とする厚膜
型酸素センサ。
