    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電解質、電解質に接する電極および各電極に接
    するガス通路を構成するセパレータよりなる燃料
    電池において、該セパレータがプレート構造物で
    あり、該プレート構造物は波形シート部材および
    プレート部材を含み、該波形シート部材と該電極
    とにより第１の流路を構成し、さらに該波形シー
    ト部材と該プレート部材とにより第２の流路を構
    成し、第１の流路と第２の流路間に流路を設けた
    ことを特徴とする燃料電池の構造。
