Claims (1)
- 基板上に基準空気導入孔部を形成するコ字状の
枠板を介して、酸素イオン導電性を有するプレー
ト状の濃淡電池用固体電解質を積層し、その固体
電解質の排気と接触する外側の面と基準空気導入
孔部側の面とにそれぞれ電極を形成してなる酸素
濃度検出部を有するプレート型の酸素センサにお
いて、前記基準空気導入孔部の少なくとも入口側
に多孔質のγ―アルミナを封入したことを特徴と
する内燃機関の酸素センサ。
