Claims (1)
- 閉塞端部を有するセラミツク管の内外表面に白
金電極を被覆し、内燃機関の排気に接触させた外
表面側電極とセラミツク管内に導入された大気に
接触させた内表面側電極との間に発生する起電力
により排気中の酸素濃度を検出するようにした内
燃機関用酸素センサにおいて、前記内表面側電極
を包覆するように多孔質の燃焼ガストラツプ層を
形成したことを特徴とする内燃機関用酸素センサ
。
