陰電極間に電圧が印加されるとともに、酸素拡散
制御手段によつて前記陰電極への酸素拡散が制限
されるセンサ素子と、該センサ素子を加熱する加
熱手段とからなる酸素濃度検出用センサにおいて
、 前記センサ素子はセラミツク基板に固着される
とともに、該セラミツク基板は内部に発熱抵抗体
を備えた前記加熱手段であることを特徴とする酸
素濃度検出用センサ。
