熱用のヒータを設けた酸素センサにおいて、前記
キヤツプを固体電解質で形成すると共に、当該キ
ヤツプの内部に前記ヒータのヒータ電極と対極を
なす限界電流値制御用の内部電極を設け、該内部
電極と前記ヒータ電極との間に制御用電源を接続
して、限界電流値を制御することを特徴とする酸
素センサ。 (2) 前記内部電極をマイナス極として、高濃度
測定用としたことを特徴とする前記請求項1記載
の酸素センサ。 (3) 前記内部電極をプラス極として、低濃度測
定用としたことを特徴とする前記請求項1記載の
