設けられたキヤツプと、該空洞を外部に連通させ
る小孔と、上記イオン電導体チツプを加熱するヒ
ーターとを備える酸素センサ素子と、該センサ素
子を収納するケースと、該ケースに設けられたピ
ンと、該ピンと上記酸素センサ素子の電極及びヒ
ーターのリード部との間を接着する多孔性金属ペ
ーストとを有することを特徴とする限界電流式酸
