Claims (1)
極及び外側電極が形成されたシート状の酸素イオ
ン透過性固体電解質と、該外側電極上に空間部を
設けて該固体電解質に巻き付けられたセラミツク
シートと、該セラミツクシートに巻き付けられ前
記外側電極に対向する部分に発熱部が形成され且
つ複数のガス導入孔が周方向に略等間隔に設けら
れたシート状のセラミツクヒータと、前記構成か
らなる円筒体の一端面上に積層されたセラミツク
シートとからなるセンサ素子を備えたことを特徴
