Claims (1)

けたことを特徴とする酸素濃度センサ。 A pair of electrodes for detecting changes in oxygen partial pressure by changes in electrical resistance is provided between an oxygen ion permeable solid electrolyte having electrodes on both sides and a gas diffusion control layer having at least one diffusion hole.
