Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体圧シリンダのピストン１１に固定された磁
    石１２の磁気を検出する磁気センサ１の出力信号
    に基づきピストン１１が磁気センサ１に対して所
    定の危険領域内にあることを検出したとき第１の
    検出信号を出力し、ピストン１１が最適領域内に
    あることを検出したとき第２の検出信号を出力す
    る検出回路２と、 前記第１の検出信号に基づいて点灯する第１表
    示灯８と、 前記第２の検出信号に基づいて点灯する第２表
    示灯９と、 前記第１の検出信号のみが所定時間継続して出
    力されたとき警告信号を出力する警告信号出力回
    路２５と、 前記警告信号出力回路２５の警告信号を入力す
    ると同時に警告表示灯２１を点灯する動作信号を
    出力し、該動作信号出力後、前記第２の検出信号
    が所定時間継続して出力されたとき該検出信号に
    基いて前記動作信号の出力を停止する警告信号表
    示保持回路２４と、 を備えた流体圧シリンダのピストン位置検出装
    置。
