Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダ本体の外周方向の形状が略四角形状
に形成され、前記シリンダ本体内のシリンダ室の
内周方向の形状が略円形状に形成されているシリ
ンダ装置であつて、機器収容用の空間部ないし作
動流体用の流路の一方が前記シリンダ本体の外周
面と前記シリンダ室の内周面との間における隅角
部に該シリンダ本体の軸方向に沿つて延在されて
いることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 ２ シリンダ本体の外周方向の形状が略四角形状
に形成され、前記シリンダ本体内のシリンダ室の
内周方向の形状が略円形状に形成されているシリ
ンダ装置であつて、機器収容用の空間部と作動流
体用の流路とが前記シリンダ本体の外周面と前記
シリンダ室の内周面との間における各隅角部に夫
々該シリンダ本体の軸方向に沿つて延在されてい
ることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 ３ 前記流路がその一端側の開口部に配管用の継
手を備えていることを特徴とする請求項１、また
