Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ本体の外側面所要部に、外側の幅狭溝
    部と内側の幅広溝部とから成る断面略Ｔ字状の取
    付溝をシリンダ本体軸方向に条設する一方、ピス
    トンに設けられた永久磁石に応動して動作する検
    出手段を内蔵していて上記取付溝に係入可能に形
    成されたボデイーと、このボデイーに一体連設さ
    れていて上記取付溝の少なくとも幅広溝部に嵌合
    可能に形成された取付片と、この取付片に螺入さ
    れた固定ねじとから成る位置検出検出器を備え、
    しかして上記位置検出器のボデイーを上記取付溝
    に係入すると共に取付片をこの取付溝の幅広溝部
    に嵌合して上記固定ねじによりこの取付片を幅広
    溝部内面に圧接固定して成る位置検出器付き流体
    圧シリンダ。
