    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロボツト等の取付けハンドに固定したシリンダ
    ー本体と、この本体に両端を本体外部に突出し、
    かつ可動自在になるよう挿通したピストンロツド
    と、このピストンロツド先端部に取り付けた吸着
    パツドとからなり、前記ピストンロツドの中心部
    に軸方向に吸気孔をを形成し、この吸気孔の一端
    を前記吸着パツドの内側に開口するとともに他端
    を前記ピストンロツドの外側面に開口したことを
    特徴とする産業用ロボツト等の吸着ハンド。
