Claims (1)
- 円筒の内面に長さ方向に形成した溝を有する円
筒形工作物の位相決め治具であつて、該工作物の
内側にはめ合う径の円柱部を有し、該円柱部の外
周面の、該溝に対応する位置に出口を設けた流路
を内部に有する基準ピンと、該基準ピンの内部の
流路に流体を供給するポンプと、該流体の圧力を
測定する圧力センサと、該工作物を該基準ピン回
りに回転させて位置決めする工作物位置決め部か
らなることを特徴とする円筒内面たて長溝付工作
物の位相決め治具。
