Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、容器が少なくとも内側面においてヒ
ートシール可能材料製層で被覆され、容器の底が
長方形あるいは正方形の基礎面をもちかつ前もつ
て加工してある折りたたみ線によつて区画され、
この線のまわりに底へ引続いている複数の条片が
折りたたまれ、これらの条片が容器の周辺面を形
成するカートン製一体裁断片からなる容器に関す
る。
紙容器あるいはカートン容器と称されるこの種
の容器は、簡単かつ値段も手頃につくることがで
きる。底に続いている条片によつて形成される周
辺面が中断せず隅の範囲においても互いにはまり
合つて移行する場合、完全な密封性は、簡単に達
成することができる。隅において設けられる突出
範囲が外側から周辺面へ当接するように折りたた
まれるならば、一体的裁断片のすべての切断縁
は、充填材と接触する容器の範囲の外側にある。
つば出しロールを設けることは、容器の剛性を向
上し、しかもつば出し縁へ余りに厚い材料集積を
生じないことが重んぜられる。なぜならば他の場
合つば出し縁あるいはつば出しロールが容易につ
くれないためである。
本発明の課題は、つば出し縁の範囲においても
後に充填材によつて占められる範囲にある紙の裁
断片の切断縁がなく、しかもつば出しロールの範
囲において余りに厚い材料集積が存在しないよう
に前述の種類の容器を構成するにある。この課題
は、裁断片の隅において複数の切欠きを設け、切
欠きの高さおよび形状は、周辺面に対する縁の突
合わせ個所におけるつば出しロールの移行部が切
断縁をもたずかつ３層構成になるように選択され
ることによつて解決される。
本発明の好ましい構成では、折りたたまれる条
片の縁が断面で見てらせん状のつば出しロールに
なるように形成されることを行なう。したがつ
て、さらに剛性の改良が行なわれる。なぜならば
材料断面が大きくなるためである。その際つば出
しロールが底に対して平行に延びるフランジにな
るようにプレスされかつヒートシールされること
が特に有利である。このフランジは剛性を改良す
る外に蓋、蓋箱あるいは他の閉鎖装置をとりつけ
易くすることができる長所がある。
隅の範囲に外部に向けられかつ予め加工された
折りたたみ線の外側に設けられる重ね波つけ加工
が施されるときは合理的である。
本発明の別の長所および特徴は、以下の図面の
説明から明らかになるだろう。
第１図は、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリ
プロピンあるいは他の合成物質を用いた被覆部を
備えることのできる平坦なカートン裁断片１を示
している。補助的にアルミニウムによる一重以上
のライニングを備えることができる。アルミニウ
ム／合成物質からなる組合わせあるいは部分被覆
されるカートンの使用も可能である。容器をつく
るために、容器の内面がヒートシール可能な材料
で被覆されているならば、いかなる場合にも有利
である。
カートン裁断片１は、長方形状底を区画するた
め折りたたみ線７，８，９および１０をもち、こ
の線のまわりに周辺面３，４，５および６を形成
する複数の条片が折りたたまれる。別の折りたた
み線１１，１２，１３，１４，１７，１８，１９
および２０を追加して設けられており、これらの
線によつて中間部材１５，１６，２１および２２
が３角形状に形成され、これらの部材が容器を完
成する際に外側に向つて置かれかつ周辺面３およ
び４を形成する条片の延長部２６，２７，２８お
よび２９によつて外側から被覆される。これらの
隅範囲のヒートシールによつて一方では、この容
器の隅において容器の底２まで切込みを設けず
に、周辺面３，４，５および６がその側方縁にお
いて周辺部分、すなわち中間部材１５，１６，２
１および２２によつて重なり合つて結合されてい
るように達成される。他方では容器の内側のいか
なる個所においても開放カートン切断縁が発生し
ない。
この初期の断片は、第１図で鎖線２３で示され
ているように、長方形状をもつている。折りたた
むために、この長方形状からそれぞれの隅の範囲
において切欠き２４および２５が隅の範囲に示さ
れているように打抜かれている。
切欠き２４および２５は、後に説明されるつば
出しロールが一方では余りに厚い材料集積からな
らず、他方では開放切断縁、特に後に充填材料に
よつて占められる範囲において折りたたみ線２０
の外側終端が置かれないように配慮する課題をも
つている。
第２図は、個々の折りたたみ線に沿つて直立の
開始の直後、しかも折りたたみ過程のなお前の断
片１を示している。周辺面３および４が折りたた
み線７および８に沿つてまた容器の後の短かい辺
にある周辺面５および６が折りたたみ線９および
１０に沿つて若干持上げられていることが理解で
きる。また３角形状中間部材１５，１６，２１お
よび２２が容器の周辺面の外側に置かれ、ここで
はそれらの部材が延長部２６，２７，２８および
２９によつて後になつて重ねられることも判明す
る。
第３図は、折りたたみ後、しかもつば出しロー
ルおよび重ね波つけ加工を行なう前の立ち上つた
容器を示している。カートンの被覆がヒートシー
ル可能にするのが好ましいので、この状態におい
て折りたたまれる容器は加熱後再プレスされかつ
シールすることができる。この容器は、底範囲の
下部に比較的鋭角の隅３３および上部に丸めた隅
３４をもつている。したがつて上部に向つて拡が
つた形状を達成し、この形状が後の波つけ加工を
施した後この容器を積み重ね可能にする。裁断片
のすべての切断縁が容器の外側にあるので、周辺
はまわりに切込みをもたない。この手段によつて
この容器は絶対的に液体密封性および脂肪密封性
にされる。容器の短かい辺にある周辺面５および
６は、それらの縁３０および３１で上方容器縁３
２に対してなお若干突出する。
一方では折りたたみ線１２，１４，１８および
２０の範囲において開放切断縁が容器の内側に置
かれないことを達成するため、これらの折りたた
み線１２，１４，１８および２０の方向の切欠き
２４の深さが重要である。この深さは、したがつ
て形成される開放切断縁が後に設けられるつば出
しロール３５の始端範囲、換言すればこの容器の
ほぼ上部縁に置かれるようにしか進むことが許さ
れない。この切欠き２４は、その際切欠き２５と
合わされ、したがつてつば出しロール３５の始端
すなわち、それらの縁の間にある突合わせ個所の
範囲における周辺面５および６への移行部が先ず
第一に３層構成にされ、それから２層構成へ移行
する。
第４図は、完成容器を示し、この容器が補助的
に上方縁のまわりにつば出しロール３５（後でな
お詳細に説明する）ならびにそれぞれの隅に複数
の重ね波つけ加工３６，３７，３８および３９を
備えている。これらの重ね波つけ加工３６，３
７，３８および３９は、折りたたみ線１２，１
４，１８および２０（第１図をも参照）が交叉し
ないように行なわれる。なぜならば他の場合これ
らの個所においてカートンが損傷されるからであ
る。
第５図からこのカートン裁断片が直ちに正方形
にもすることができるのが明らかである。これ
は、折りたたみヨーグルド容器の製造では有利で
ある。第５図では既につば出しロール１３５を備
える完成容器ならびに周辺面１０３，１０４，１
０５および１０６が示されている。折りたたみ線
１１７および１１９は、外側周辺面に置かれかつ
充填材料と接触しない。内側周辺面にある折りた
たみ線１１２および１１４は、障害にならない。
前に平坦な容器断片の器用な印刷によつて外側に
ある折りたたみ線１１７および１１９が実際上見
わけがつかないように達成できる。
この完成容器が平坦にプレスした縁のロール１
４０では特に剛性にするために、縁ロール１４０
は３層になつている。これは、平坦にプレスしな
いつば出しロール１３５を適宜変形することによ
つてつくられ（第６図参照）、このロールがらせ
ん状につば出しされる。
第６図は、第５図の折りたたみ完成容器の横断
面をしかも外周辺面１０５が見える位置において
示している。この容器は、平坦な正方形底１０２
をもち、この底が断面にして示される周辺面１０
３および１０４へ移行している。上部範囲におい
て、らせん状つば出しロール１３５が成形され、
このロールによつて比較的薄いカートン厚の場合
にも横安定になつている。
第７図による容器の第６図による容器との差異
は、つば出しロール１３５の代りに平坦にプレス
した縁ロール１４０を設けている点だけである。
このため第６図のつば出しロール１３５が熱風を
吹付けられ、それから平坦にプレスされ、換言す
れば平坦にプレスされた縁ロール１４０がつば出
しロール１３５の後からの加工によつてつくられ
かつヒートシールされる。平坦にプレスされるつ
ば出しロールの個々の層のシールは、熱風方法の
代りに高周波あるいは超音波装置も応用できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 少なくとも内側面がヒートシール可能材料の
    層で被覆されかつ四つの隅部分を有する単一裁断
    片から作られる液密性容器であつて、 この容器は底部折りたたみ線によつて区画され
    た直角四辺形の底部と、 打ち抜かれた裁断片の状態で前記底部につなが
    つていてかつ互いに実質的に直角に延びており前
    記底部折りたたみ線のまわりに折り曲げて立てら
    れると前記容器の周辺面を形成する条片とを含
    み、 これら条片のうち対向する一対の条片は前記底
    部折りたたみ線の区域外で各端に延長部を有し、 折り曲げて立てられた条片の他の一対の外側へ
    前記延長部が重ねて配置できるように、別の二本
    の折りたたみ線が隣接する条片間に各々設けられ
    ており、これら別の二本の折りたたみ線は三角形
    の二辺となつていてその間に90°より小さい角を
    張りかつ前記底部折りたたみ線のいずれの方向と
    も異なつた方向に延びており、 前記三角形の二辺である前記の別の二本の折り
    たたみ線のうち前記の他の一対の条片に隣接して
    これを区切る方の折りたたみ線はその条片の底部
    折りたたみ線に対して鋭角をなしており、 前記三角形の第三の辺は裁断片の隅部分におけ
    るほぼ三角状の切欠きの一辺により形成され、 この第三の辺は前記三角形の前記二辺のうちの
    前記延長部に隣接するものから前記の他の条片に
    隣接するものの方へその条片の底部折りたたみ線
    に近い所で交差するように延び、 容器の周辺面を区切り、実質的に均一な輪郭で
    あり、周辺に連続したつば出しロールを有し、 このつば出しロールは折り曲げて立てられた条
    片の縁部で形成されており、 裁断片の隅部分は更に、前記延長部がその自由
    端に行くにつれて狭くなるように、前記の第一の
    切欠きにほぼ直角に配置されたほぼ三角状の第二
    の切欠きを有し、 前記第一の切欠きの、前記三角形の前記第三の
    辺が前記二辺のうちの前記の他の条片に隣接する
    辺に交差する点における、深さはこの切欠きによ
    り形成された開放切断縁がつば出しロールの開始
    区域内に位置するようになし、 前記の第一および第二の切欠きはこれら切欠き
    により形成されたすべての切断縁が容器の外側に
    位置するようにその高さと形状を有し、 蓋を取り付けることができるように前記つば出
    しロールを実質的に均一な形状にすべく、前記の
    他の対の条片の前記内側面へつば出しロールが移
    行する所で前記つば出しロールの開始区域は短い
    距離にわたつてのみ三層になつており次いで二層
    となるように前記の第一の切欠きは前記の第二の
    切欠きに連結されている ことを特徴とする液密性容器。 ２ 前記つば出しロールは断面で見て螺旋状に巻
    かれている特許請求の範囲第１項記載の液密性容
    器。 ３ 螺旋状に巻かれた前記つば出しロールが容器
    の底部に平行な面を有するつばとなるようにプレ
    スされてヒートシールされている特許請求の範囲
    第２項記載の液密性容器。 ４ 容器を積み重ねやすくするために容器の隅区
    域において重ね波つけ加工が施され、これらの波
    つけ加工が底部折りたたみ線の外側に設けられて
    いる特許請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のいずれか
    一項に記載の液密性容器。
