Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ヒートシールロＴ能材料製ＬＨで被覆され、容器の底が
長方形あるいは正方形の基礎面をもぢがっＡｉ」もって
加工縣である折りたたみ線によって区画され、この線の
まわりに底へ引続いている複数の条片が折りたたまれ、
これらの条片が容器の周辺面を形成するカートン製一体
裁断片からなる容器に関する。
紙容器あるいはカートン容器と称されるこの柿の容器は
、簡単かつ値段も手頃につくることができる。底に続い
ている条片によって形成される周辺面が中断せず隅の範
囲においても互いにはまり合って移行する場合、完全な
密封性は、間単に達成することができる。隅において設
けられる突出範囲が外側から周辺面へ当接するように折
りたたまれるならば、一体的裁断片のすべての切断縁は
、充填材と接触する容器の範囲の外側にある。っは出し
ロールを設けることは、容器の岡１注を向上し、しかも
っは出し縁へ余りに厚い材料集積を生じないことが重ん
ぜられる。
なぜならば他の場合っは出し縁あるいはっは出しロール
が容易につくれないためである。
本発明の課題は、っは出し縁の範囲においても後に充填
材によって占められる範囲にある紙の裁断片の切断縁が
なく，シかもっは出しロールの範囲において余りに厚い
材料集積が存在しないように前述の種類の容器を構成す
るにある。
この課題は、裁断片の偶において複数の切欠きを設け、
切欠きの高さおよび形状は、周辺面に対する縁の突合わ
せ個所にあけるつぼ出しロールの移行部が切断縁をもた
すがっ３層構成になるように選択されること」ζよって
解決される。
本発明の好ましい構成では、折りたたまれる条片の縁が
断面で見てらせん状のっぽ出しロールになるように形成
されることを行なう。したかって、さらに剛性の改良が
行なわれる。なぜならば材料断面が大きくなるためであ
る。その際つば出しロールが底に対して平行に延びるフ
ランジになるようにプレスされかつヒートシールされる
ことが特に有利である。このフランジは剛性を改良する
外に蓋、蓋箱あるいは他の閉鎖装置をとりつけ易くする
ことができる長所がある。
隅の範囲に外部に向けられかつ予め加工された折りたた
み線の外側に設けられる重ね波つけ加工が施されるとき
は合理的である。
本発明の別の長所および特徴は，以下の１面の説明から
明らかになるだろう。
第１図は、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピン
あるいは他の合成物質を用いた被覆部を備えることので
きる平坦なカートン裁断片１を示している。補助的にア
ルミニウムによる一重以上のライニングを備えることが
できる。
アルミニウム／合成物質からなる組合わせあるいは部分
被覆されるカートンの使用もＣ１１能である。容器をつ
くるために、容器の内面がヒートシール可能な材料で被
覆されているならば、いかなる場合にも有利である。
カートン裁断片１は、長方形状底を区画するため折りた
たみ縁７　、　８　、　９ｔｄよび１０をもち、この縁
のまわりに周辺面３，４．５および６を形成する複数の
条片が折りたたまれる。別の折りたたみ縁１１，１２．
１３，１４，１７，１８。
１９および２０を追加して設けられており、これらの縁
によって中間部材１　５　、　１．６　、　２　１およ
び２２が３角形状に形成され、これらの部材が容器を完
成する際に外側に向って置かれかつ周辺面３および４を
形成する条片の延長部２６。
２７、２８ｔｄよび２９によって外側から被覆される。
これらの隅範囲のヒートシールによって一方では、この
容器の隅において容器の底２まで切込みを設けずに、周
辺面３．４．５および６がその側方縁において周辺部分
、すなわち中間部材１５，１６．２１および２２によっ
て重なり合って結合されているように達成される。
他方では容器の内側のいかなる個所においても開放カー
トン切断縁が発生しない。
この初期の断片は、第１図′で鎖線２３で示されている
ように、長方形状をもっている。折りたたむために、こ
の長方形状からそれぞれの隅の範囲において切欠き２４
および２５が隅の範囲に示されているように打抜かれて
いる。
切欠き２４および２５は、後に説明されるつぼ出しロー
ルが一方では余りに厚い材料集積からならず、他方では
開放切断縁、特に後に充填材料によって占められる範囲
において折りたたみ線２０の外側終端が置かれないよう
に配慮する課題をもうている。
第２図は、個々の折りたた゛み縁に沿って直立の開始の
直後、しかも折りたたみ過程のなお前の断片１を示して
いる。周辺面３ｔｄよび４が折りたたみ縁７および８に
沿ってまた容器の後の短かい辺にある周辺面５および６
が折りたたみ縁９および１０に沿って若干持上げられて
いることが理解できる。また３角形状中間部材１５゜１
６．２１および２２が容器の周辺面の外（ｉｌｌ　ｇと
置かれ、ここではそれらの部材が延長部２６゜２７．２
８および２９によって後になって貨ねられることも判明
する。
第３図は、折りたたみ後、しかもつば出しロールおよび
重ね波つけ加工を行なう前の立゛ち−ｈつた容器を示し
ている。カートンの被覆力（ヒートシール可能にするの
が好ましいので、この状態において折りたたまれる容器
は加熱後再プレスされかつシールすることができる。こ
の容器は、底範囲の下部に比較的鋭角す隅３３および上
部に丸めた隅３４をもっている。したがうて」１部に向
って拡がった形状を達成し、この形状が後の波つけ加工
を施した後この容器を積み重ｔ２可能にする。裁断片の
すべての切断縁が容器の外側にあるので、周辺はまわり
に切込みをもたない。この手段によってこの容器は継体
的に液体密封性および脂肪密封社にされる。容器の短か
い辺にある周辺面５および６は、それら−の５縁３０お
よび３１で上方容器縁３２に対してなお若干突出する。
一方では折りたたみ線１２．１４，１８および２０の範
囲において開放切断縁が容器の内側に置かれないことを
達成するため、これらの折りたたみ縁１２，１４，１８
および２０の方向の切欠き２４の深さが重要である。こ
の深さは、した、かって形成される開放切断縁が後に設
けられるつぼ出しロール３５の始端範囲、極言すればこ
の容器のほぼ上部縁に置かれるようにしか進むことが許
されない。この切欠き２４は、その際切欠き２５と合わ
され、したがってつば出しロール３５の始端すなわち、
それらの縁の間にある突合わせ個所の範囲における周辺
面５および６への移行部が先ず第一に３１麺構成にされ
、それから２層構成へ移行する。
第４図は、完成容器を示し、この容器が補助的に上方縁
のまね−りにつば出しロール３５（後でなお詳細に説明
する）ならびにそれぞれの隅に複数の重ね波つけ加工３
６，３７．３８および３９を備えている。これらの重ね
波つけ加工３６．３７．３８および３９は、折りたたみ
縁１２．１４．１８および２０（第１図をも参照）が交
叉しないように行なわれる。・なぜならば他の場合これ
らの個所においてカートンが損傷されるからである。
第５図からこのカートン裁断片が直ち！ご正方。
形にもすることができるのが明らかである。これは、折
りたたみヨーグルト容器の製造では有利である。第５図
では既につば出しロール１３５を備える完成容器ならび
に周辺面１０３，１０４゜１０５および１０６が示され
てシ）る。折りたたみ線１１７および１１９は、外側周
辺面に置かれかつ充填材料と接触しない。内側周辺面に
ある折りたたみ縁１１２および１１４は、障害にならな
い。前に平坦な容器断片の器用な印刷によって外側にあ
る折りたたみ線１１７詔よび１１９が実際土兄わけがつ
かないように達成できる。
この完成容器が平坦にプレスした縁のロール１４０では
特に剛性にするために、縁ロール１４０は３層になって
いる。これは、平坦にプレスしないつば出しロール１３
５を適宜変形することによってつくられ（第６図参照）
、このロールがらせん状につば出しされる。
第６図は、第５図の折りたたみ完成容器の横断面をしか
も外周辺面１０５が見える位置において示している。こ
の容器は、平坦な正方形底１０２をもち、この底が断面
にして示される周辺面１０３および１０４へ移行してい
る。上部１囲において、′らぜん状つば出しロール１３
５が成形され、このロールによって比較的薄いカートン
厚の場合にも構安定になっている。
第７図１とよる容器の＄６図による容器との差異は、つ
ば出しロール１３５の代りに平坦にプレスした縁ロール
１４を設けている点だけである。このため第６図のっぽ
出しロール１３５が熱風を吹付けられ、それから平坦に
プレスされ、換ｄすれば平坦にプレスさ□れた縁ロール
１４０がつば出しロール１３５の後からの加工によって
つくられかつヒートシールされる。平坦にプレスされる
つぼ出しロールの個々の１−のシールは、熱風方法の代
りに訓周波あるいは超き波装置も応用できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、容器が少なくとも内側面においてヒートシール可能
    材料製層で被覆され、容器の底が長方形あるいは正方形
    の基礎面をもちかつ前もって加工しである折りたたみ線
    によって区画され、　　−この線のまわりに底へ引続い
    ている複数の条片が折りたたまれ、これらの条片が容器
    の周辺面を形成し、それぞれ直交して延びる条片の間に
    前もって加工される二つの折りたたみ線が設けられてお
    り、それらの線が９０°より小さい角度を挾んで互いに
    かつ底を区画する折りたたみ線の方向から偏って延び、
    したがって底の折りたたみ線の延長部の外側にある条片
    の範囲が折りたたみ返えされかつ折りたたまれた条片の
    外側へ当接させることができ、それらの周辺面が囲繞す
    るつば出しロールによって包括され、つば出しロールが
    折りたたまれた条片の縁から形成され、裁断片の隅が切
    欠かれ、したがってつ４よ出しロールに対して決められ
    る縁が突合わせ個所においてつば出しロールの周辺方向
    に短か（為部材にわたってのみ重なるカートン製一体裁
    断片からなる容器において、隅における切欠き（２４，
    ２５）の高さおよび形状が選択され、したがって周辺面
    に対する縁の突合わせ個所番こおけるつぼ出しロール（
    ３５，１３５，１４０）の移行部が切断縁をもたずかつ
    ３層構成であることを特徴とする容器。 ２、折りたたまれた条片の縁が端面で見てらせん状のっ
    ぽ出しロール（３５，１３５）になるように形成されて
    いることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の容
    器。 ３、ツバ出しロールが底（１０２）に対して平行に延び
    るフランジ（１４０）になるようにプレスされかつヒー
    トシールされていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    ２項に記載の容器。 ４、各隅の範囲において外側に向って配向される重ね波
    つけ加工（３６，３７，３８，３９）が施され、これら
    の加工が予め用意された折りたたみ線（１２，１４，１
    ８，２０）の外側にあることを特徴とする特＃！Ｆ請求
    の範囲第１項ないし第３項の一つに記載の容器。
