- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 蒸発源で蒸発した蒸着材料を被蒸着物に蒸着さ
せて被蒸着物の表面に蒸着膜を形成する蒸着装置
において、 一定の間隔で複数の開口部が形成されたシヤツ
タ板を複数重ね合わせてなるシヤツタ部と、 このシヤツタ部の１つのシヤツタ板を固定保持
して前記シヤツタ部を前記蒸発源と前記被蒸着物
との間に保持する保持部材と、 この保持部材により固定されたシヤツタ板に対
して前記シヤツタ部の他のシヤツタ板を移動させ
、複数のシヤツタ板の開口部の対応状態を可変す
る駆動制御手段と、 を備えてなる蒸着装置における蒸着絞り機構。
