Claims (1)
- 半導体基板の上方主面の周辺部若しくは側面に
ＰＮ接合部が露出し、前記半導体基板の上方主面
に電極金属が形成され、かつ、上記ＰＮ接合部に
コート剤が塗布される半導体装置において、上記
ＰＮ接合部に塗布したコーテイング剤が前記電極
金属に流入しないように、絶縁材により前記電極
金属の外側を囲むように防護壁を形成したことを
特徴とする半導体装置。
