む書込手段と、 書込まれた信号または消去後の残信号を読込む
ための読取手段と、 読取信号から所定の通常の検査用スレツシヨル
ドレベルより所定値厳しいスレツシヨルドレベル
でデイフエクトを検出し、その後通常の検査用ス
レツシヨルドレベルでデイフエクトを検出する検
出手段と、 前記１トラツク分の検査において前記所定値厳
しいスレツシヨルドレベルによる検査でデイフエ
クトが検出されないとき該トラツクのその後の通
常のスレツシヨルドレベルによる検出処理を禁止
する禁止手段と、 を具備することを特徴とするハードデイスク検
査装置。
