Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 全体が測定液に浸漬される第１乃至第５電極を
    一定間隔離して絶縁体上に順番に設け、第１の電
    極に帰還増幅回路の出力を接続し、第４の電極を
    基準電位に接続し、前記第２、第３の電極で検出
    された電圧Ｖ１，Ｖ２を前記帰還増幅回路の入力
    に加え、前記第４の電極に隣接した第５の電極に
    ボルテージフオロアを介し前記帰還増幅回路の出
    力を加え、この帰還増幅回路において前記検出電
    圧Ｖ１，Ｖ２の差が一定となるように出力を制御
    し、この出力から導電率信号を得るようにした５
    電極式導電率計。
