Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度により導電率が変化する液体を介して配置
される電極部材と、該電極部材に外部電流を印加
することにより得られる入力信号を検出値信号に
変換する検出回路と、該検出回路からの検出値信
号と比較基準となるしきい値とを比較し、所定の
出力信号を出力させる比較器と、を備えた液面レ
ベルセンサにおいて、 前記液体中に温度センサを設け、該温度センサ
からの温度信号を入力して温度に応じたしきい値
信号を出力させるしきい値設定回路を、前記比較
器に接続させたことを特徴とする液面レベルセン
サ。
