Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一対の平坦な対向する側壁１１と、該平坦
    な側壁１１間に配置された一対の対向する湾曲壁
    １２とを有するケーシング１０と；該各湾曲壁１
    ２内部に位置する永久磁石２１と；電機子線１９
    に接続されたコミユテータ２５と；該ケーシング
    １０の一端においてホルダ２６で支持された二つ
    のブラシアーム２８とを含み、該ブラシアーム２
    ６の各々は夫々端子部分２９およびより高弾性の
    ブラシ支持部３０を構成する２つの導電性ストリ
    ツプ２９，３０を含む永久磁石直流電動モータで
    あつて、上記端子部２９が上記ホルダ２６により
    支持されて、上記モータケーシングの対称面Ｓ内
    で上記ケーシングの一端において該ケーシング１
    ０から外側に伸びており、該面Ｓは該モータの軸
    を貫通し、かつ該ケーシングの上記湾曲壁１２を
    ２分しており、かつ上記ブラシ支持部３０が該対
    称面Ｓの対向する側部上で該面から分岐している
    位置において、夫々の端子部２９に固定されてい
    ることを特徴とする上記電動モータ。 (2) 各端子部２９が実質的にＬ―字型であり、
    かつ上記対称面Ｓ内で該ケーシング１０から外方
    に伸びた第１のリム３１と、該第１のリム３１の
    内部端部から該ケーシング１０の平坦な側壁１１
    に向つて伸びた第２のリム３２とを有し、該２つ
    の端子部２９の第２のリム３２の自由末端が夫々
    該ケーシング１０の２つの平坦な側壁１１に隣接
    している請求項(1)記載のモータ。 (3) 上記端子部２９の該第２のリム３２および
    各ブラシアーム２８の該ブラシ支持部３０が重り
    部分を有し、かつ各ブラシアーム２８が該重り部
    分に曲り３３を有していて、上記端子部２９と上
    記ブラシ支持部３０との間に鋭角をなし、該端子
    部２９の第２リム上に載つている該ブラシ支持部
    ３０の部分が該曲り３３の内側にあり、かつ該端
    子部２９の第１リム３１に隣接する該曲り３３の
    側部上で該端子部の第２リム３２に固定されてい
    ることを特徴とする請求項(2)記載のモータ。 (4) 各ブラシ支持部３０上のブラシ３５が、該
    モータの軸を貫通し、かつ上記対称面Ｓに対し６
    ０°の角度をなす一つの面内で上記コミユテータ
    ２５と接触していることを特徴とする請求項(1)
    記載のモータ。 (5) 上記ブラシホルダ２６が上記ケーシング１
    ０の上記一端におけるプラスチツク部分であるこ
    とを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか１項に記載
    のモータ。 (6) 上記ブラシホルダ２６が、モータ軸受け１
    ７を支持する金属製端部キヤツプ３６の内部に配
    置されていることを特徴とする請求項(5)記載の
    モータ。
