の平面図であり、ハウジングの１つの形状を図示

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電動機に用いる整流子において、 基礎部分、及びその基礎部分に取付けられた整
    流子セグメントを包含し、その各整流子セグメン
    トが、電動機のブラシを受けるためのブラシ接触
    部分と端子部分を包含し、その端子部分が、電機
    子コイルのコネクター部分と電気的に接続される
    ために電機子コイルのコネクター部分をまたいで
    固定している溝を有しており、その端子部分及び
    ブラシ接触部分が、電機子コイルのコネクター部
    分が端子部分と電気的に接続される前に、別々に
    形成されて電気的に接続されている整流子。 (2) 前記端子部分及びブラシ接触部分が、異な
    る厚さを有している請求項(1)記載の整流子。 (3) 前記端子部分及びブラシ接触部分が、異な
    る材料でできている請求項(1)あるいは(2)に記載
    の整流子。 (4) 前記ブラシ接触部分が、その一端から延び
    る一対の隔てられたラグを有し、前記端子部分が
    、そのラグの間に受け入れられる請求項(1)，(2)
    、あるいは(3)に記載の整流子。 (5) 前記ブラシ接触部分が円柱の一部であり、
    そのブラシ接触部分の外側の部分円柱表面の内側
    でかつ放射状に溝が設けられている請求項(1)乃
    至(4)のいずれかに記載の整流子。 (6) 整流子セグメントのブラシ接触部分が円柱
    の一部であり、各整流子セグメントの端子部分が
    、対応するブラシ接触部分のほぼ完全に内側でか
    つ放射状に配置されている請求項(1)乃至(5)のい
    ずれかに記載の整流子。 (7) 前記端子部分が、整流子セグメントサポー
    トの一端に当接して、あるいは隣接して配置され
    ている請求項(5)、あるいは(6)に記載の整流子。 (8) 前記各端子部分が、コネクター部分が溝に
    進入する際に、そのコネクター部分の絶縁皮膜を
    削り取るための切り取りエツジを有している請求
    項(1)乃至(7)のいずれかに記載の整流子。 (9) 前記各端子部分が、コネクター部分をハウ
    ジングに固定するためのかえり部分を設けている
    請求項(1)乃至(8)のいずれかに記載の整流子。 (10) 前記各端子部分が、二つの平行なアームを
    有し、各アームが、コネクター部分をまたいで固
    定する溝を設けている請求項(1)乃至(9)のいずれ
    かに記載の整流子。 (11) 電動機の電機子において、 シヤフト、そのシヤフト上の巻き線電機子コイ
    ル、請求項(1)乃至(10)のいずれかに記載の整流
    子、及び整流子の端子部分を受け入れるための複
    数のハウジングを包含している電機子。 (12) コネクター部分がハウジングに配置され、
    整流子がその整流子の一端で開いている溝ととも
    に組立てられ、それによつて、整流子が前もつて
    組立てられ、そのシヤフトに摺動させられ、端子
    部分の溝が、端子部分がハウジングに摺動させら
    れる際に、コネクター部分をまたいで固定するこ
    とができる請求項(10)に記載の電機子。 (13) 請求項(1)乃至(10)いずれかに記載の整流
    子、及び／または請求項(11)あるいは(12)に記載
    の電機子を包含する電動機。
