    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣやトランジスタなどのリードフレームの半
    導体チツプを搭載するタブ（アイランド）を支え
    る吊りリードにおいて、タブの付近の吊りリード
    に、吊りリードに隣接するインナーリードと吊り
    リードとの間の距離より大きな幅を有する部分を
    設けてなることを特徴とするリードフレーム。
