ている領域を共有する半導体リードフレームにお
いて、 上記ダイパツドが該フレームの進行方向に平行
な一直線上に設けられていることを特徴とする半
導体リードフレーム。 (2) 隣接する内部リードの形状が異なるもので
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の半導体リードフレーム。
