Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電子機器に用いられる放熱装置にあつて、
    全面に銅箔を有し、突出部を有する第２のプリン
    ト基板の銅箔面に半導体の放熱部を半田付により
    装着し、前記突出部および同半導体のリード線を
    第１のプリント基板に設けた透孔にそれぞれ挿入
    半田付固着してなる半導体の放熱装置。 (2) 電子機器に用いられる放熱装置にあつて、
    全面に銅箔を有し、突出部を有する第２のプリン
    ト基板を第１のプリント基板内に形成し、同第２
    のプリント基板を第１のプリント基板の中より分
    割してなる請求項(1)記載の半導体の放熱装置。
