    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント基板上に集積回路の一部を構成する放熱器を具
    備する集積回路の本体を載置し、前記集積回路の本体上
    に放熱板を固定する集積回路の放熱装置において、前記
    放熱器にタップ孔を設け、前記タップ孔を用い固定部材
    で前記集積回路と放熱板を固定した集積回路の放熱装置
    。
