Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車速検出手段と、レーザ・レーダヘツドからな
    る車間距離検出手段と、車速検出手段からの車速
    信号に基づき自車速を計算する自車速計算手段と
    、車間距離検出手段からの信号に基づき前方車両
    と自車との相対速度を計算する相対速度計算手段
    と、自車速計算手段及び相対速度計算手段からの
    信号により、前方車両が停止状態に近いかまたは
    移動状態にあるか否かを判定する前方停止物判定
    手段と、レーザ・レーダヘツドから出力されたレ
    ーザ光を受けたカーブ路からの反射レーザ光によ
    りカーブ路をのこぎり状の波形から認識してカー
    ブ路があることを判定するカーブ路リフレクタ判
    定手段と、自車速に基づいて安全車間距離を計算
    する安全車間距離計算手段と、前方停止物判定手
    段からの信号を受け、前方車両と自車との安全車
    間距離と実車間距離とを比較し、実車間距離が安
    全車間距離より小さい時警報を発するとともに、
    カーブ路リフレクタ判定手段からのカーブ路があ
    るという信号により警報を発する警報発生判定手
    段とを備えた車両の追突警報装置において、前記
    警報発生判定手段に、カーブ路リフレクタ判定手
    段からのカーブ路があるという信号により１回目
    の警報を発した後、タイマーを起動し所定時間警
    報を停止する警報停止手段を設けたことを特徴と
    する車両の追突警報装置。
